What: This Mediterranean-style house on the shores of Lake Travis makes the most of lake views, with huge windows and three levels of back decks.
The house was built in 2004 by Hugo Pereyra, the designer and builder of Sierra Custom Homes. Pereyra's company has built houses in the Costa Bella neighborhood, as well as in the Hills of Lakeway and Vineyard Bay.
The three-story house sits on a 1.16-acre lot in a gated community called the Waterfront, in the city of Lakeway. The Waterfront neighborhood has fewer than 40 houses.
The wrought-iron and glass front door opens to a three-story foyer under a hand-painted dome.
To the right of the foyer is a library with cherry paneling, cherry cabinets, built-in shelves and hardwood floors.
